Privacy Policy

This policy explains how $0 (the agent, we, us) collects and uses personal data when you use this website (the Site).

We aim to meet the standards of the world's leading privacy frameworks, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR), the UK GDPR, Brazil's LGPD, and equivalent laws globally. Additional rights under local law (for example, California residents under CCPA/CPRA) are set out below.

Who we are

  • Business / trading name: $0
  • Contact email: $1

We are the data controller for personal data you submit through the Site. We decide why and how your data is used once we receive it. For questions about your data, contact us at the email above.

The Site is hosted by Midtide Ltd, our platform provider. Midtide's role as a data processor, and the processing it carries out on our instructions, is described in the Platform provider section at the end of this page.

What we collect and why

Contact and property enquiry forms

If you submit a contact form or property enquiry form on the Site, we collect:

  • Name
  • Email address (if you provide it)
  • Phone number (if you provide it; at least one of email or phone is required)
  • Your message
  • The property you enquired about (property enquiry forms only)

Purpose: To respond to your enquiry.

Legal basis: Legitimate interests in handling your enquiry and taking steps at your request before a possible contract (EU/UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) and Art. 6(1)(b) where applicable). Under equivalent laws globally, the same processing is justified on substantially identical grounds.

Retention: We keep enquiry data in our records and on our website platform for as long as needed to handle your message, manage follow-up, and run our business, unless a longer period is required by law.

Maps

Property pages may display an interactive map. Map tiles are loaded from MapTiler, which may process technical data (such as IP address) when tiles load. See: https://www.maptiler.com/privacy-policy/

WhatsApp button (if shown)

If the Site includes a WhatsApp button or link, tapping it opens WhatsApp, a Meta Platforms service. Processing after that point is governed by WhatsApp/Meta's own privacy policy: https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy
